The Tidal Shift Award was created as the result of the PMA’s belief that our youth can inspire change and contribute solutions to our climate crisis through art, and we're so excited to share the recipients of this regional prize on Earth Day that we are offering FREE admission all day, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
