Arthur Berthier, a rock critic demoted to general news after trashing a hotel room, discovers that journalism is a combat sport. After being sent to the hospital by a riot policeman while covering the evacuation of a migrant camp, he falls for Mathilde, the head of the association 'Solidarité Exilés.' He agrees to host Daoud, a young Afghan, thinking it will only be for a few days.
